| Dear
Lover of Islam,
I am
writing to invite you, and a select group of other Islam lovers
in the U.S. to take your seat, please, not in a classroom of the
Islamic American University (IAU) but as a partner.
Since
its inception in Ramadan 1999, we have strived to build an Islamic
University for a brighter future of our community here in the U.S.
I know
“UNIVERSITY” is a big word. Actually, I sincerely believe that education
makes the future of Muslim communities more secure. It’s a practical
matter. And we believe in practicality at IAU. We don’t just preach
how to “protect Islam” or” improve Muslim communities”, we don’t
think its practical to just talk about it, we do it.
The
way I look at it, it’s part of being a good Muslim.
•
More than 1400 students enrolled.
• over 56 different courses taught
• eight full scholarships
• five partial scholarships
• endowment fund (WAQF) worth half a million dollars established
• updated curriculum fit to the American society without sacrificing
any of the authentic teachings of prophet Mohamed (SAW) was developed
Our
vision is to provide excellent Islamic higher education in the U.S.
Our endeavor is to serve thousands of Muslims and especially the
new Muslim generations. My children and yours deserve to have the
opportunity to acquire the needed Islamic knowledge here in the
U.S. Now is the time to make the dreams for the future come true.
Perhaps
the greatest benefit you'll receive though, is knowing you're serving
ALLAH by helping to ensure that students will continue to get the
best Islamic education available.
So,
I hope you'll join us. Because, we need you! Please join today.
Join us in funding our scholarship programs, join us in funding
our e-learning program, join us in funding our WAQF and other programs
for the sake of Allah.
P.S.:
Please, right now while every thing is in front of you take 2 minutes
to write your tax deductible check and send it to the Islamic American
Univ. with many thanks.
“And
whatever good ye send forth for your souls ye shall find it in Allah's
Presence,-yea, better and greater, in Reward”
Sincerely,
Mohamed Radwan, Ph.D.
Director - IAU
