At IAU, you can earn your degree any way you want to; by correspondence, or on campus. IAU has grown from a project of the Muslim American Society the nation's largest grass root organization for Islamic work. IAU is specializing in the Islamic education of working adults, muslim American youth, and new muslims by offering degree programs that are highly relevant and accessible.

Aspirations And Hopes:
	IAU aspires to achieve national and international prominence for its research and educational contributions. We hope that the establishment of the IAU would be received with acceptance from the Muslim community at large and a number of students would seek admission. Also we hope that Muslims would support such an ambitious endeavor with financial support, with donations, specific endowments, or scholarships. Your expertise in any educational field and your input are crucial for the success of this project. Lastly, but not least, we hope that you remember us in your prayers and extend your advice to us.

Goals and Objectives:

Produce a new generation of Muslims to serve Islam and make Da’wah according to the principles of Qu’ran and Sunnah. Attract both Muslims and non- Muslims in North America to pursue Islamic studies and other academic degrees in order to strengthen their connection with Islam and its civilization. Produce highly educated and trained Islamic researchers and scholars who have a sound understanding of Islam, practice Islam and can convey it to the larger community. Bring the Holy Qur’an to the forefront of Muslim daily life. Provide intensive courses in Arabic and English. Initiate joint research and cooperation with other universities and research centers in North America to provide practical solutions for issues facing the American society.
